Job Summary
As a Key Holder (Floor Leader) at Skechers, you will oversee daily store operations, mentor an entry-level retail team, and contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets. Responsibilities include store opening/closing procedures, security and operational standards, customer service leadership, merchandising execution, inventory and scheduling management, and maintaining a premium shopping environment. You will foster a respectful, safe, and fun workplace, communicate effectively with all levels of the store team, and support career development within Skechers' global brand. The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement in Retail Management, with compensation starting at $18.03/hour and a range up to $19.13/hour, plus benefits and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
