Job Summary
Key Holder at Skechers, a Floor Leader and entry-level management role in a Skechers store in Las Catalinas Mall. You will supervise daily operations, assist in opening/closing procedures, mentor and develop the team, deliver excellent customer service, work toward store and individual sales targets, execute merchandising plans, restock products, maintain store cleanliness, and collaborate with store management on operational needs. The role focuses on customer service management, retail leadership, inventory/stock control, and supporting a positive, organized shopping environment. Requirements include ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong problem-solving and organizational skills; and 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor roles is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
