Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, oversee stock and inventory routines, and execute merchandising plans to maintain a clean shopping environment. Mentor team members on customer service, sales techniques, and operational standards while actively contributing to store and individual sales targets. Resolve in-store challenges proactively and ensure security protocols are followed throughout the shift. Engage with customers to deliver expert product advice and ensure every shopper leaves with the perfect fit. Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
