Job Summary
Engage customers with expert product advice to ensure perfect fits and exceptional experiences. Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while maintaining security protocols and operational standards. Mentor team members to develop skills in customer service, sales, and daily tasks. Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques. Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment. Oversee stock and inventory routines while collaborating with management to address operational needs. Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience. Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
