Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, manage inventory routines, and execute merchandising plans to maintain a clean, stocked environment. Engage customers to deliver expert product advice while actively contributing to store and individual sales targets. Mentor team members on customer service, sales techniques, and operational standards to foster a respectful and safe workplace. Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping experiences. Work a varied schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees
- Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
