Job Summary
Retail Leadership role as Key Holder (Floor Leader) at Skechers. Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, mentoring team members to deliver excellent customer service, helping achieve sales targets, managing opening/closing procedures, executing merchandising plans, restocking, maintaining store standards and cleanliness, and addressing in-store challenges. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
