Job Summary
Retail leadership role (Key Holder/Floor Leader) overseeing daily store operations, mentoring team, and driving sales targets. Responsibilities include customer service management, opening/closing procedures, merchandising, inventory, maintaining store environment, and ensuring security protocols. Requires ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to foster a respectful, safe, and fun store environment. 18+ and preference for a high school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
