Act as Manager On Duty during the absence of Store Managers or Assistant Managers, executing daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the team. Build loyalty through personalized customer connections to create memorable shopping experiences and sell products efficiently. Process transactions, merchandise shelves, price items, and maintain store standards and loss prevention protocols. Master product knowledge via continuous learning activities. Be willing to perform additional duties as required. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends depending on business needs.
