Job Summary
Act as Manager On Duty during the absence of Store Management, executing daily sales and productivity goals while building loyalty through personalized customer connections. Efficiently process transactions, maintain regular store maintenance, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly. Master product knowledge via continuous learning activities and collaborate with the team to support others in achieving targets. Be willing to perform additional duties as required while working a flexible schedule that may include holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
