Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while acting as Manager On Duty during the absence of store leadership. Process customer transactions, maintain regular store maintenance, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly. Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and master product knowledge via continuous learning activities. Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create memorable shopping experiences and support others in achieving their own targets. Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
- Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts
- A passion for the health & wellness industry
