Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of store leadership. Process customer transactions, maintain regular store maintenance, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly. Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and master product knowledge via continuous learning activities. Support the management team and collaborate with colleagues to create memorable shopping experiences. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends as needed for business operations.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
