Act as Manager On Duty during the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, executing support for the Management Team with excellence. Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while building loyalty through personalized customer connections and efficient transaction processing. Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure timely receipt processing while keeping shelves full and products priced correctly. Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities and collaborate with the team of Health Enthusiasts. Be willing to perform additional duties as required, with a flexible schedule covering holidays, weekends, and locations based on business needs.
