Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of store leadership. Process customer transactions, maintain shelf stock, and price products accurately. Build loyalty through personalized connections and selling to create memorable shopping experiences. Master product knowledge via continuous learning activities and collaborate with the team to support management objectives. Maintain regular store maintenance and adhere to loss prevention standards. Perform additional duties as required. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
