Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of store leadership. Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and efficient transaction processing, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are priced correctly. Maintain store integrity by following loss prevention standards and processing product receipts. Master product knowledge via continuous learning activities and collaborate with the team to create memorable shopping experiences. Perform additional duties as required to support the Management Team.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
