Job Summary
Execute sales and productivity goals while building loyalty through personalized customer connections and basket selling. Act as Manager On Duty during the absence of Store Managers or Assistant Managers, efficiently processing transactions and maintaining store standards including loss prevention and receipt processing. Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities and collaborate with the team to ensure shelves are full and products are priced correctly. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs

- A passion for the health & wellness industry
