Job Summary
Lead store operations and drive retail success as a Retail Key Holder. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, training associates and acting as Manager on Duty, delivering outstanding customer service at the register or donation door, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness, ensuring accurate cash handling and POS transactions, and sorting donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories while meeting daily production goals and quality standards. Must be reliable, flexible, and ready to lead by example; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet. Orientation in Buffalo for full-time role; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail keyholder experience preferred
