Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Process customer transactions, maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure shelves are full and products are priced correctly. Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities and collaborate with the team of Health Enthusiasts to build loyalty and create personalized in-store shopping experiences. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part-time associate
