Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while acting as Manager On Duty during the absence of store leadership. Process customer transactions, maintain regular store maintenance, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly. Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities and collaborate with the team to build loyalty and unforgettable in-store experiences. Work a flexible schedule covering holidays and weekends as required by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part-time associate
