Job Summary
Lead the retail team, drive sales, and create an awesome customer experience while keeping the store clean, organized, and stocked. Support and train new team members, bring promotions and store events to life with energy and creativity, and handle basic admin tasks like printing and scanning. Maintain visual merchandising standards and work with sales numbers and performance data to help the team grow. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role, with flexibility for scheduling and comfort standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Able to understand and work with sales numbers and performance data
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Comfortable standing, walking, reaching, lifting and staying active throughout the shift, with occasional bending, kneeling, crouching and ladder climbing as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory role experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field
