Job Summary
As a Keyholder at Crossroads, you assist the management team with day-to-day store operations and help deliver a fun, fashion-centered, affordable shopping experience. You will lead by example, greet customers, educate teammates, delegate tasks, and uphold Crossroads' values of service, inclusion, and education. Responsibilities include running breaks, managing lines, teaching customers how we work, and maintaining integrity and reliability while fostering a welcoming, entrepreneurial store environment. Requirements include at least 6 months of supervisory experience in retail, a strong sense of fashion and trends, and authorization to work in the United States.
