Job Summary
Part-time year-round Retail Key Holder Associate to support management and provide leadership to seasonal staff in a fireworks retail store. Responsibilities include unloading freight, operating a pallet jack, stocking and merchandising showroom, opening/closing the store, learning product performance, delivering customer service and sales support, maintaining sales floor appearance, assisting with visual merchandising, operating a cash register, processing payments, and performing general store maintenance. Requires 1-2 years of retail/customer service and supervisory experience preferred, weekend availability, and the ability to lift 25-50 lbs; schedule ranges from 24-32 hours weekly outside peak season with 40+ hours weekly May–July and increased December hours. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years Retail/Customer service experience
- 1-2 years supervisory/team leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be available to work extended hours during May/June/July & December
- Ability to walk, stand and lift 25-50 lbs for extended periods of time
