Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs, acting as Manager on Duty to maintain all aspects of the store. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure team tasks align with the store plan. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage Associate coverage, and promote safety awareness while adhering to labor laws and company policies. Support credit and loyalty programs, participate in shrink reduction goals, and provide feedback to management on training needs. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
