Job Summary
Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating based on store needs and often acting as Coordinator while occasionally serving as Key Carrier. Role requires open availability including nights and weekends, and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching Associates, ensuring adherence to store procedures and labor laws, maintaining accurate Associate coverage, and acting as Manager on Duty. Responsibilities include executing opening/closing procedures, communicating with management, prioritizing tasks, supporting shrink reduction, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and partnering with Management on training needs. Strong problem solving, coaching, communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are required to effectively lead store operations and maintain a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
