Job Summary
Key Carrier role that alternates with Coordinator, taking on leadership responsibilities to maintain store operations. Responsibilities include coaching Associates, ensuring opening/closing procedures, ensuring accurate staffing coverage, enforcing labor policies, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting shrink-reduction goals, and maintaining a safe store environment. Requires open availability including nights and weekends; strong customer service orientation, teamwork, problem-solving, delegation, and effective communication. 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience are noted.
