Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and all operational tasks align with company guidelines. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate associate coverage in service areas. Prioritize tasks based on store needs, which may involve alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier leadership roles. Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety protocols, and shrink reduction goals while communicating effectively with management and staff. Maintain confidentiality and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
