Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as a Key Carrier, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier leadership roles based on store needs. Manage opening and closing procedures, ensure team adherence to operational guidelines, and act as Manager on Duty to address immediate customer service issues. Coach associates, provide feedback, and prioritize tasks while maintaining accurate coverage and promoting safety and integrity. Support shrink reduction goals, credit programs, and associate training needs. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends; starting pay $17.00 to $17.50 per hour. Located at HomeGoods Store 0326 in Plymouth, MN.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
