Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring store team tasks align with the store plan and prioritizing operations as needed. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate coverage in service areas. Execute opening and closing procedures according to company guidelines while ensuring adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety awareness. Promote credit and loyalty programs, support shrink reduction goals, and partner with management on training needs. Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs, requiring open availability including nights and weekends. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $14.75 to $15.25 for a Coordinator with leadership experience at a Fortune 100 retailer.
Required Qualifications
