Job Summary
Conduct Manager on Duty responsibilities by ensuring store team adherence to operational procedures, executing opening/closing guidelines, and addressing immediate customer service issues. Provide coaching to Associates, manage Associate coverage in service areas, and communicate priorities with management. Promote safety awareness, support shrink reduction goals, and partner with leadership on training needs. Maintain accurate labor law and policy compliance while acting as a flexible leader across store needs, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
