Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as Manager on Duty, prioritizing tasks to ensure the team executes opening/closing procedures and adheres to operational guidelines. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate coverage in service areas. Act as a leadership Key Carrier when needed to maintain store integrity, safety, and shrink reduction goals while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Communicate effectively with management to set priorities and provide progress updates. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
