Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and team tasks align with the store plan. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate coverage in service areas. Prioritize operational tasks, enforce labor laws and safety protocols, and partner with management on training needs to support shrink reduction goals. Act as Key Carrier when store needs dictate, balancing Coordinator duties with leadership responsibilities. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
