Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the store by acting as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures are executed per company guidelines and that team tasks align with the store plan. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate coverage in service areas while promoting safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Coordinate with management to address training needs, enforce labor laws and policies, and support credit and loyalty programs. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends; starting pay $18.00 to $18.50 per hour. Located at Marshalls Store 1254 Batavia NY.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
