Job Summary
Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier with leadership in store operations; requires open availability including nights and weekends, and involves customer service excellence, coaching, adherence to policy and procedure, Associate coverage management, adherence to labor laws, and collaboration with management on training and priorities. Must effectively communicate with Associates and management, manage store tasks, procedures, safety, shrink reduction programs, and participate in rewards and recognition while supporting credit and loyalty programs. Starts at $14.50-$15.00 per hour with benefits package; location: New Iberia, LA.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- open availability including nights and weekends
- ability to coach and provide feedback
- strong communication and organizational skills
- knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- ability to multi-task and respond to changes quickly
