Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as a Key Carrier, alternating between Coordinator duties and acting as Manager on Duty to address immediate customer service issues and provide coaching to Associates. Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed per company guidelines, maintain accurate associate coverage, and prioritize tasks to uphold store plans. Promote safety awareness, adhere to labor laws, and support shrink reduction goals while communicating effectively with management and staff. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
