Job Summary
Retail Key Carrier Coordinator role with TJ Maxx/Marshalls/HomeGoods family; alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier duties, serving as a leader on duty, maintaining store operations, coaching associates, ensuring adherence to labor laws and procedures, and delivering strong customer service. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, ability to manage multiple tasks, coach staff, and communicate effectively with management and teams. Focused on ensuring coverage, adherence to procedures, training needs, performance feedback, and contributing to shrink reduction and store performance. Location is Jeffersonville, IN with on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- open availability including nights and weekends
- knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- ability to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
