Job Summary
Key Carrier role that alternates with Coordinator, taking on leadership in store operations, coaching Associates, ensuring opening/closing procedures, maintaining associate coverage, and delivering strong customer service while adhering to policies and procedures. Responds to changes in direction, communicates priorities with management, and supports shrink reduction, safety, and training initiatives. Requires open availability including nights and weekends and the ability to work across store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
