Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, manage store operations as Manager on Duty, and address immediate customer service issues while coaching associates. Ensure team adherence to operational procedures, labor laws, and safety guidelines while prioritizing tasks based on store needs. Act as Key Carrier or Coordinator as required, maintaining accurate associate coverage and supporting shrink reduction and training initiatives. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends; starting pay $16.25 to $16.75 per hour. One year retail and six months leadership experience needed.
Required Qualifications
