Job Summary
Key Account Specialist responsible for overall client satisfaction, processing of orders, expediting and coordinating cross-department workflow, and reviewing agreements for conformity to company rates and regulations. Serves as primary contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring brands are represented professionally. Monitors vendor portals for orders, invoicing, and shipping notices; grows revenue by identifying new opportunities; supervises account teams; processes orders with 24–48 hour acknowledgments; resolves issues related to discounts, damaged products, and account debts; reviews aging accounts and issues credits as needed; stays informed on changes in B2B infrastructure and e-commerce; maintains interdepartmental communication; coordinates shipping releases; prepares reports and forecasts; develops understanding of client needs and prepares customized solutions. This role has a HYBRID work setup.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management (specifically consignment or outright pay model).
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Sheets, and Canva.
