Job Summary
Jewelry Sales Associate in a full-time role at Boscov's. Responsibilities include greeting and establishing rapport with customers, selling merchandise, meeting customer needs, maintaining selling floor appearance, processing transactions, and supporting stock replenishment. Includes opening new Boscov’s charge accounts to achieve company goals and providing excellent customer service. Must be able to engage customers, communicate effectively, perform basic math, and operate POS/telxon; availability to work evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred
- Proficiency with basic math skills
- Ability to learn selling skills and to operate a POS register and telxon
- Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
