Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner while building strong relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge. Process sales transactions accurately and assist clients with jewellery purchases, repairs, and custom work. Maintain attractive product displays, manage stock organization and merchandising, and handle jewellery intake. Support store opening and closing procedures while keeping the sales environment clean, organized, and secure. Uphold company policies and ensure confidentiality regarding customer and business information. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Previous retail sales experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and attention to detail essential for this fast-paced role.
