Job Summary
Coach and develop Inventory Associates while following a clear, consistent workflow to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inventory concerns, partnering with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence. Travel to retail locations regularly, demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and paid training, with a starting wage of $14.50 to $18.50. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and two years of inventory experience. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, along with paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position
