Job Summary
Coach and develop Inventory Associates while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns, partnering with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence. Follow a clear, consistent workflow and lead by example, demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Travel to retail locations across the Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Alexandria areas to perform duties. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible morning schedules with varying hours. Must be at least 21 years old with two years of inventory associate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position
