Job Summary
Inventory Manager leads the Inventory Management team to efficiently process shipments to/from distribution centres and stores, strategically place product in back stock, uphold merchandising display standards, support cross-channel shopping experiences, and manage day-to-day team performance to enable business objectives and an exceptional employee experience. The role emphasizes coordinating incoming/outgoing shipments, optimizing stock levels, maintaining brand-aligned product presentation, and ensuring seamless store operations and support across merchandising, window installations, fittings, and technology support while driving growth and development within the team.
