Job Summary
Lead the Inventory team to efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments between distribution centers, stores, and clients. Strategically place product in the back room to achieve optimal balance and ensure ideal stock levels. Uphold product display standards by verifying the right merchandise is in the right place per established merchandising plans. Enable seamless cross-channel shopping experiences while supporting retail operations including window installations, fitting room management, and technology support. Manage day-to-day team performance to drive business objectives and progressive career development.
