Job Summary
Lead the store inventory program, manage weekly cycle counts, shipments reception, back-of-house organization, and store-to-store transfers to ensure the floor is fully stocked. Build relationships with store managers, team members, and customers to deliver excellent service. Attend monthly inventory meetings, ensure timely receipt and processing of shipments, and communicate product concerns. Requires weekend availability and some holidays; must adhere to scheduled shifts. Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and initiative with a focus on ownership and accountability in a fast-paced retail environment.
