Job Summary
Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances using a handheld scanner. Assess potential risks and quality concerns during audits while following company procedures to ensure compliance. Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results, maintaining high levels of organization while working independently. Travel regularly up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips, to perform full-team audits across various store locations. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and handling merchandise in a warehouse/retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with no major offenses
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed
- Willingness to travel out of town up to 50% of the time (typically 4-5 nights every 2-3 weeks)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, reach overhead, and climb ladders as needed
- Comfortable traveling by car or plane, including overnight trips
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Auditing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Warehouse/Logistics
