Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations to complete counts and meet productivity goals that drive performance-based pay increases. Stand, walk, and bend frequently in a fast-paced environment, lifting items up to 25 pounds as needed. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Must be available for travel to retail locations
- Must be available for standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be available for bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Must be available for climbing ladders when needed
