Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and meeting productivity goals to increase earnings. Travel to retail locations in Southeast Houston and the Greater Bay Area, including Friendswood, Texas City, and Pearland, performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $2.00 per hour additional pay within six months based on performance. No inventory experience required; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
