Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations throughout the Phoenix Valley Area, including Mesa, Chandler, and Scottsdale, to complete tasks. Meet productivity goals to increase hourly earnings through our performance-based pay program, with potential bonuses up to $5.00 per hour based on accuracy and output. This active role requires standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. No inventory experience is required; we provide all training to help you succeed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
