Retail Inventory Associate - Part Time

Job Summary
The Inventory Associate will assist with the receipt, processing, and organization of cannabis retail store inventory, verify incoming products, tag and label items, update system records, perform daily counts, ensure storage is compliant and organized, participate in weekly/monthly audits (including overnight audits), report discrepancies, and support FIFO stock rotation. Requires high school diploma or GED, prior retail inventory experience, computer proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, 21+ years old with US work authorization, valid ID/ passport, reliable transportation, and no scheduling restrictions. Emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and proactive inventory management, with training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Previous inventory experience, ideally in a retail setting
- Ability use a computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have no scheduling restrictions

- Physical requirements: push/pull/lift minimum 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for extended periods
