Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while traveling to various retail locations. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to meet productivity goals that drive performance-based pay increases. Stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders as needed. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on accuracy and productivity, with additional earning opportunities reaching $5.00 per hour. No inventory experience is required; paid training is provided to help you succeed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience
